  • Senior Manager / Manager
    (Cargo Business Development)

    Description:

    Reporting to Cargo Business Director of the logistics centre, who will lead the revenue and profitable development of cargo business. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and developing of the business development program targeting business opportunities and portfolios of internal group’s associated companies and air cargo related external parties (i.e. freight forwarding, logistics, e-commerce/express companies etc.). You will provide the market intelligence, customer account revenue and activity reporting as required by the management team. Furthermore, you will be working closely with other departments such as Operations, Product/IT, Facilities Engineering, and PR teams to deliver the corporate revenue and profit target.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, monitoring and analysing market developments, business performance, customer profile and business opportunities to enhance customer understandings/ insights and to develop appropriate business development programs
    • Deliver the action plans in line with corporate revenue and profit target
    • Be accountable for the KPIs regarding the sales pipeline, commercial achievement, and customer relationship management scopes
    • Generate sales leads of prospective customers, and actively follow through to achieve business objectives
    • Take lead in RFP process and formulate commercial offers when requested
    • Identify business opportunities in target markets
    • Nurture and develop relationships with key customer accounts
    • Provide specialist advice on the products and/or services that the Company shall develop and introduce
    • Prepare and negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customers in line with internal guidelines.
    • Be responsible for contract management and agreements
    • Keep updates on both progress and timeline regarding potential pipelines, and provide accurate forecasting of anticipation.
    • Conduct the regular market intelligence research in order to Identify trends, situations and factors that make recommendations for business solutions and/or action plans
    • Work with the PR team to develop marketing plans and related materials for the implementation of business promotion activities
    • Assist in ad hoc projects when required

    Requirements:

    • University graduate or equivalent, advanced degree in related field is advantageous
    • Familiarity with Hong Kong air cargo, air transportation, express or logistics market ecosystem and development, and with global exposure is an advantage.
    • 7+ years of experience in the air cargo, freight forwarding or logistics industry
    • Proven track record in key account management, business development and solution-based sales experience
    • Strong business acumen to enable the development of business relationship
    • Strong analytical and problems solving skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Highly Self-motivated and and able to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
    • Team player, collaborative and customer centricity
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Engineer
    (Property Management)

    Responsibilities:

    • To lead & execute routine repairs and preventive maintenance plan
    • Pro-active leadership and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
    • Provide coaching and guidance to technicians and ensure smooth daily operations
    • Co-ordination with external and internal for technical support
    • Monitor vendors' performance and evaluate their services quality
    • Supervise with all maintenance contractors, mainly on Facility Management (FM) related to facilities/equipment, but may include Material Handling System (MHS)
    • Supervise/coordinate with Cleaning Contractor for daily cleaning works, deep cleaning works, special cleaning or disinfection tasks
    • Coordinate with internal and external parties during emergency breakdown maintenance and ensure their timely attendance of all faults, diagnose, estimated downtime and corrective action follow up
    • Ensure the quality and timely response to Building, Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical works to meet the operational requirements
    • Prepare budget and management reports
    • Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements
    • Prepare required drawings, corresponding documents and statutory submission

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder or Higher Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
    • 10 years’ relevant working experience with at least 5 years at supervisory level
    • Familiar with local regulations, builder work and E&M standards
    • Good command of English and Chinese
    • Shift duty and wear uniform required
    • Registered as a GradeB Electrical worker
  • Assistant Engineer
    (Property Management)

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible to management building renovation work
    • Responsible for the repair and maintenance of building facilities, including Fire system, air-conditioning systems, plumbing system, building system and other repair work, etc.
    • Work independently and handle emergency repair work
    • Arrange contractors / suppliers for emergency equipment repair and provide work arrangement details to concerned parties
    • Liaise with user departments to identify and prioritize equipment repair to ensure defects are rectified in a most effective manner
    • Liaise with Property Management Section for urgent repair of facilities to ensure the performance pledge is met
    • Report work progress and events to supervisor for all critical work affecting equipment performance and service standard
    • Supervise vendors to carry out maintenance duties by present engineering and time standards safely, efficiently and legally
    • Perform works control function of the engineering activities
    • Keep regular update of spares / materials / tools stock level, and ensure its proper usage
    • Provide regular equipment performance report and recommendations on improvement
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
    • Ensure proper maintenance and routine engineering works of building operation, and emergency repairing of other equipment

    Requirements:

    • Preference will be given to those candidates holding Registered Electrical Worker Grade A or above and / or Grade I Plumber's license
    • At least 10 years repair and maintenance experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level
    • Shift duty and wear uniform required
    • Good team spirit, passionate and responsible
    • To co-ordinate with the internal and external in order to provide professional solution
    • Registered as a Grade A Electrical worker
